2. Custom Printing & Design
We provide custom clothing printing and logo design services.
Customers are responsible for submitting correct artwork, text, and instructions.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer before printing.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CHF.
Payment must be completed before production begins.
We accept secure online payments through available payment methods on our website.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:

• Switzerland: 24-hour express delivery
• Europe: 1–5 business days
• Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds
Customized or printed items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For non-customized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Customers must contact us before returning any item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos as proof.
